Items requiring personalization will be shipped within 3-5 business days. We will do our best to get them out as quickly as possible, but the time frame will depend upon the number of orders at that time.

For example: Any item embellished with polka dotted ribbon,
needs to be either hand washed or washed on gentle cycle
and either air dryed or dried on a
low heat setting in the dryer.

ship you anything we would not be proud to have or use ourself.
If you do receive an item that you are not satisfied with
you may ship the item back to us in it's original packaging
and in it's original condition for a refund.
